Q: Do you ship only within India?

Yes, currently we ship only within India.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1-2 days, and delivery usually takes 5-7 days.

Q: Is there free shipping available?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above ₹500.

Q: Can I track my order?

Yes! You’ll receive tracking details by email and SMS, and you can also check the status on our tracking page.

Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Q: Is there any extra charge for Cash on Delivery?

No, there are no extra charges for COD orders, but COD orders require verification via phone call before shipping.

Q: What payment gateway do you use?

We use PhonePe as our payment gateway for secure transactions.

Returns & Refunds

Q: How many days do I have to request a return?

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Q: Are all products returnable?

No, personal care products and some other items are non-returnable. Please check the product description for details.

Q: How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds are processed within 8 to 15 business days to your original payment source or bank account if paid by COD.
